CITYCOUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1996-97
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET (CIP 97-7) IN THE AMOUNT OF
$179,221.59 TO ADD THE PURCHASE AND CONSTRUCTION OF A
PARKING LOT AND A LANE WIDENING AT THE CORNER OF BADEN
AND LINDEN AVENUES
WHEREAS, the City Council and Redevelopment Agency approved and
agreement in July of 1996 to acquire an improved parking lot at the corner of
Baden and Linden Avenues for public use; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement reflects the agreed-upon acquisition cost of
$179,221.59.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Council hereby approves amending the 1996-97 Capital
Improvement Budget to add $179,221.59 for the purchase and construction of a
parking lot and a lane widening at the corner of Baden and Linden Avenues.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
special meeting held on the ]Rth day of Decpmber ,
1996 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Eugene R. Mullin, John R. Penna, Robert Yee
and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
