CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH FEHR AND PEERS ASSOCIATES FOR THE DESIGN OF A
TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT HILLSIDE BOULEVARD AND
CHESTNUT AVENUE AND A TRAFFIC SIGNAL INTERCONNECTION
MODIFICATION FOR HILLSIDE AND RIDGEVIEW COURT
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a contract with Fehr and Peers
Associates for the design of the traffic signal installation at Hillside
Boulevard and Chestnut Avenue and for traffic signal modifications for
interconnection to the intersection of Hillside Boulevard and Ridgeview Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco hereby authorizes the City Manager to prepare and execute
an agreement with Fehr and Peers Associates in an amount not to exceed $19,030
for the design of a traffic signal installation at Hillside Boulevard and
Chestnut Avenue and for traffic signal modifications for interconnection to
Hillside Boulevard and Ridgeview Court.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
special meeting held on the 18th day of December ,
1996 by the following vote:
