CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE AIRPORT BOULEVARD STORM
DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT TO HARTY PIPELINES, INC.
OF SAN FRANCISCO IN THE AMOUNT OF $115.250
WHEREAS, the Airport Boulevard Storm Drain Improvement Project will
replace existing drainage channels at the corner of Airport Boulevard and
Armour Avenue with concrete storm drains; and
WHEREAS, the Project will provide for the installation of sixty-inch
storm drains, along with junction structures, in easements granted by PG&E;
and
WHEREAS, the Project was put out for public bid and Harty Pipelines,
Inc. was the low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Council hereby approves awarding the Airport Boulevard
Storm Drain Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed $115,240 to Harty
Pipelines, Inc. of San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
Kp~ci~] meeting held on the 18th day of December ,
1996 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Eugene R. Mullin, John R. Penna, Robert Yee
and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
