A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH BART TO ENABLE BART TO REIMBURSE
THEi CITY FOR DESIGN SERVICES RELATED TO THE PROPOSED
BART-SFO EXTENSION
BE IT RE!SOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of th~ City of South San Francisco a Design Services
agreement between the City of South San Francisco and the San
Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit Distrrict to enable BART to
provide reimbursement to the City in an amount not to exceed
$67,000.00 fo~ design services related to the proposed BART-SFO
extension project.
I hereby:certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at ~a regular meeting held on the 26th day of
June ., 1996 by the following vote.
