A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT
TO G.E. CHEN CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE
AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM -
PHASE XII
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City oiSarncisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a construction
contract with G.E. Chen Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$5,674,000 for Phase XII of the Aircraft Noise Insulation Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at~a requ]ar meeting held on the 10th day of
July , 1996 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Drago
