CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER CONTRACTUAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH CORLETT, SKAER & DeVOTO WITH
REGARD TO THE AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an amendment
to the Master Contractual Service Agreement with Corlett, Skaer &
DeVoto Architects for providing design and construction support
services in connection with the Aircraft Noise Insulation Program
for FY 1996-97. The amendment provides an increase of 0.75% for
each house surveyed and tested and that the cost of these services
will not exceed $2,065,000 without further authorization.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 10th day of
July , 1996 by the following vote.
