CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE EXCLUSIVE
NEGOTIATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT WITH
REST ON THE (FINGERS) PARKING LOT
PROJECT
WHEREAS,,the city Council of the City of South San Francisco
approved an ~Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with REST
Investments flor the purpose of ~eveloping a 100 space parking
structure on a site near Airport Boulevard adjacent to the City's
treatment plant property; and
WHEREAS, an extension of the Exclusive Rights Agreement is
necessary to complete the environmental determination for the
project.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Francisco does hereby approve extension of the
Negotiating Rights Agreement with REST Investments.
