A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT
TO INTERSTATE GRADING AND PAVING, INC. FOR
THE 1996-1997 STRERT RESURFACING PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an award of
contract to Interstate Grading and Paving, Inc. Of South San
Francisco inI the amount of $239,752.00 for the 1996-1997 Street
Resurfacing Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco atl a regular meeting held on the 10th day of
July , 1996 by the following vote.
