CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF PARCEL
MAP NO. 93-300 AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION
OF TENNIS DRIVE AS A PUBLIC STREET FOR THE
MAZZANTI PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco, that:
The city Manager is authorized and directed to approve Parcel
Map. No. 93-300 for the City, accept the dedication of Tennis Drive
as a public street, execute a Quitclaim Deed for Parcel 2 from the
City to Peter and Enes Mazzanti and accept a Quitclaim Deed for
Parcel 1 from Peter and Enes Mazzanti on behalf of the City.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
South San Francisco that the City Clerk is authorized and directed
to record the deed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the ?4th day of
July , 1996 by the following vote.
