CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OWNER PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY, REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND ROBERT AND KATHLEEN GIORGI FOR PARCEL NOS. 012-335-
590 AND 012-335-610 (S/E CORNER OF BADEN AND LINDEN
AVENUES.)
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the South San Francisco City Council is authorized to and desires to
enter into an Owner Participation Agreement which provides for transfer of properties
between the City, the Redevelopment Agency, and Robert and Kathleen Giorgi and also
provides for the improvement of a parking lot and installation of a turn lane at the southeast
comer of Baden and Linden Avenues;
WHEREAS, Robert and Kathleen Giorgi agree to the terms of the Owner
Participation Agreement and desire to enter said agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of South San Francisco does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the Owner Participation Agreement related
to the property located at the southeast corner of Baden and Linden Avenues (APN Nos.
012-335-590 and 012-335-610) between Robert and Kathleen Giorgi, the City and the
Redevelopment Agency of South San Francisco including the land transfers and
reimbursement provisions therein.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Owner Participation
Agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco. A copy of the Owner Participation
Agreement is available for review at the City Clerk's office.
3. The City Manager is further authorized to (1) sign the grant deed conveying
the real property identified as APN No. 012-335-610 (Parking Lot No. 9) including the
parking lot, but not including any parking control fixtures to Kathleen and Robert Giorgi, (2)
sign the certificate of acceptance accepting the conveyance of Parcel No. 012-335-590 to the
City, and (3) sign any documents necessary to accept the dedication of the traffic lane
improvements at the southeast corner of Linden and Baden.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held
on the 24th day of duly , 1996 by the following vote:

Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Drago
