CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
!A RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION
ICONTRACT TO P & F CONSTRUCTION FOR STORM
DAMAGE REPAIRS ALONG JUNIPERO SERRA BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the slope along Junipero Serra Boulevard was damaged
by rain storms~and needs to be repaired; and
WHEREAS, it is considered unstable due to mud slides which
have occurred ~nd may occur again during heavy rain; and
WHEREAS ~e& F Construction of Oakland has submitted a bid to
repair the s~o at a cost of $14,285;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it approves the award of a construction
contract to P & F Construction for storm damage repairs along
Junipero Serra Boulevard for a cost of $14,285.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at & re§u]ar meeting held on the llth day of
