CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE CONTRACT WITH HARRIS & ASSOCIATES IN
THE AMOUNT OF $300,000 FOR CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT SERVICES RELATED TO THE OYSTER
POINT INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS, Earris & Associates provides construction management
services for the construction of the Oyster Point Interchange
Project; and
WHEREAS, unforeseen work activities have increased the scope
of the construction manager services provided by that firm; and
WHEREAS, the additional tasks involve a greater level of
effort than was originally anticipated when the scope of services
was prepared for the existing contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
The City Council hereby approves an amendment to the contract
with Harris & Associates in the amount of $300,000.
The additSonal funding for this amendment is budgeted in the
funds provided by the San Mateo County Transit Authority.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a reQu]ar meeting held on the llth day of
0ct0ber , 1995 by the following vote:
