CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CHIEF
PLANNER, UPON CONSULTATION WITH THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT, TO MAKE THE UNDUE
CONCENTRATION FINDINGS RELATED TO
TRANSFER OF LIOUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, Business and Professions Code section 23958
requires that determinations as to ~undue concentration" of
liquor licenses be made;
WHEREAS, the information sought to make such determination
is primarily factual and it is therefore appropriate that staff
be delegated the authority to make the initial determination;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the
City of South San Francisco as follows:
The Chief Planner, upon consultation with the Police
Department is hereby delegated the authority to make the
determinations pursuant to Business and Professions Code section
23958 related to ~undue concentration" of liquor licenses.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a re~]ar meeting held on the llth day of
0ct0ber , 1995 by the following vote.
