CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT 95-17 TO
THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM TO
INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL $1.3 MILLION
APPROVED BY THE SAN MATEO COUNTY TRANSIT
AUTHORITY, AND AMENDING THE OYSTER POINT
INTERCHANGE BUDGET
WHEREAS, ~he scope of work for the Oyster Point Interchange
changed during construction of the project; and
WHEREAS, problems with hazardous materials, changes
necessitated by the Joint Powers Board, and an increase in
consultant's services required an increase in budget funding; and
WHEREAS, project staff requested and received funding of $1.3
million from the San Mateo County Transit Authority,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
The City Council hereby approves amendment 95-17 to the
Capital Improvement Program to include the additional $1.3 million
approved by the San Mateo County Transit Authority, and amends the
Oyster Point Interchange Budget.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the llth day of
0£tober , 1995 by the following vote:
