CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH
GROUP 4 RELATED TO DESIGN SERVICES FOR
THE PROPOSED BART STATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. BART/SamTrans is offering to fund local planning and
design studies for the stations of the proposed BART-Airport
extension.
2. The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare
and execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Group
4/Architecture, Research and Planning, Inc. to provide design
services regarding the South San Francisco BART Station. A copy of
the Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the llth day of
October , 1995 by the following vote.
