A REsoLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT 95-18 TO THE
94/~5 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FUND BALANCE
TO i PURCHASE AND INSTALL A CORPORATION YARD
wAsH PAD CLARIFIER
WHEREAS, ithe city Council decided on August 9, 1995 to use a
portion of the Stormwater Management Program Fund Balance to
install a wash pad area at the existing Corporation Yard to comply
with a mandate prohibiting vehicle wash waters from entering storm
drains; and
WHEREAS, i the Stormwater Management Program Fund Balance is
approximatelyi$103,735; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
The City Council hereby approves amendment 95-18 to the
Capital ImproVement Program to authorize purchasing and installing
a Corporatio~ Yard wash pad clarifier for use as part of the
Stormwater Management Program.
The Cityi Council hereby appropriates Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000) from the Stormwater Management Fund and also authorizes
the City Manager to prepare and execute a contract in an amount not
to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) for purchase and
installation Of the Wash and Clarifier.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of
November , 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Coiuncilmembers Jack DraQo, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Ro~berta Cerri Teglia and MaYor Robert Yee
