HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 129-1995RESOLUTION NO. 12q-q.~ CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A Ri CO~ FOR WHEREAS, the current 1! ~SOLUTION AMENDING FINAL STATEMENT FOR gJNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 1995-1996 the City is required to submit a final statement for )95r1996 CDBG Program year; and WHEREAS, i the City's final statement activities funded with CDBG funds; and must reflect the WHEREAS, lnotice of this hearing was published on October 29, 1995, as required by law. WHEREAS, the City desires to fund a shuttle service to transport medical patients to North County Health Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: 1. The City Council authorizes the filing of an amended final statement for the Community Development Block Grant Program wherein such statement shall be consistent with the funding priorities set forth in attachment "A"' 2. The City Council further authorizes staff to submit said amended finall statement to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. I herebylcertify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced an~ adopted by the City Council of the city of South San Francisco at ia requ]ar meeting held on the 8th day of November ,!1995 by the following vote.
