HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2-1996 RESOLUTION NO. 2-96 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF A THREE-WAY STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF AVALON DRIVE AND DORADO WAY WHEREAS, due to speed control and intersection concerns, citizens have requested consideration of a three-way stop sign at the intersection of Avalon Drive and Dorado Way; and WHEREAS, stop signs for local streets can be installed if residents within a 300' radius of the intersection sign a petition agreeing to ~his action; and WHEREASi a petition signed by a majority of residents has been received, as well as a letter from the Avalon-Brentwood Homeowner's Association, supporting this proposed action. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of South SaniFrancisco that a three-way stop sign be installed at the intersection of Avalon Drive and Dorado Way. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of January , 1996 by the following vote.
