CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED HEATHER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
MAP AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:

"Heather Heights"
is hereby
2. RecOrdation
The'iCity Clerk is authorized and directed to record or
cause r~corda~ion of ~he Final Map and the "Heather Heights
Declaration of Restrictions" in the official records of the County.
3. coDies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded
Heather Heights Final Map shall be filed in the Office of the City
Engineer, and la copy of the recorded "Heather Heights Declaration
of Restrictions" shall be filed in the Office of (1) City Clerk),
(2) Planning Director and (3) City Engineer. The Building Division
shall withhold building permits until the copies of the recorded
documents are filed.
I hereby Certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced andiadopted by the City Council of the City of South San
