HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 12-1996 RESOLUTION NO. 17-96 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE §34090 WHEREAS; Government Code §34090 authorizes destruction of certain public records; and WHEREAS, the public records identified in Attachment 1 hereto qualify for destruction pursuant to Government Code §34090; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows: 1. The iPolice Chief may destroy the records identified in Attachment 1 hereto which is incorporated herein by reference. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 24th day of danuary , 1996, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Euqene R. Mullin, John R.
