CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AS
TEE AGENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FEDERAL ROADWAY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
Michael A. Wilson, the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute for and in behalf of the City of South San Francisco, a
public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, a Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5177 and program
supplement No. 014 dated January 4, 1996, for the purpose of
obtaining certain federal financial assistance for the repair of
the slope on Junipero Serra Boulevard, 1200' south of Kind Drive,
2000' north of Westborough Boulevard (Location No. 04-SM-0-SSF)
Project No. ER-2849 (001).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco,
a public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, hereby authorizes its agent to provide to the State
Department of Transportation for all matters pertaining to such
federal disaster assistance the assurances and agreements required.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
