CITY COUNCILI, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND CALTRANS FOR THE
AIRPORT BOULEVARD SIGNAL INTERCONNECT
AND THE WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD SIGNAL
INTERCONNECT
WHEREAS,/the City of South San Francisco has applied for
State funded grants for two projects and both have been approved.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
The City~ Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement between the
City of South San Francisco and Caltrans for the Airport Boulevard
Signal Interconnect in the amount of $109,000 and the Westborough
Boulevard Signal Interconnect in the amount of $110,000. A copy of
the Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of
