A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND CALTRANS FOR THE
LINDEN/BADEN AVENUES TRAFFIC SIGNAL
UPGRADE
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has applied i for the
federally funded project for Linden/Baden Signal Upgrade w~ich has
been approved. '
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the iCity of South San Francisco an Agreement between the
City of Sout.h San Francisco and Caltrans for the Linden/Baden
Avenues Traffic Signal Upgrade in the amount of $188,638. A copy of
the Agreement is on file in the office of the city Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of SOuth San
Francisco at !a regular meeting held on the 28th day of
