CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT TO
PROCESS PARKING CITATIONS AND CONDUCT
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEWS AND HEARINGS AS
REOUIRED BY ASSEMBLY BILL 408
RECITALS
WHEREAS, ithe City and County desire to enter into an
agreement to process parking citations and conduct administrative
reviews and hearings as required by Assembly Bill 408;
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and City Manager recommend
approval of said agreement';
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco as follows:
1. The~Agreement between the County of San Mateo and the
City of South~San Francisco related to processing citations and
conducting administrative reviews and hearings for parking
violations pursuant to AB 408 is hereby approved. The City
Manager is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the
City. A copy of the agreement is on file in the City Clerk's
office.
I hereby ~certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco ~at a r~g,J]ar meeting held on the 13th
day of March , 1996 by the following vote:
