HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 31-1996 RESOLUTION NO. 31-96 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PROGRAM FOR THE CONFIDENTIAL UNIT PERSONNEL BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco tha~ the Confidential Unit Compensation Program adopted by Resolutions77-94 on June 22, 1994 is hereby amended, as set forth in Exhibiit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. The remaining portions of the Program and subsequent amendments not in conflict with the amendments contained in Exhibit "A" shall remain in full force and effect through June 30, 1997. I hereby ~certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a r~gu]ar meeting held on the l~th day of March , 1996 by the following vote: AYES-. PeBna, Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Drago NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None ATTEST:~city ~Cl~ Confidential.Amd City of South San Francisco CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION PROGRAM July 1, 1995 - June 30, 1997 RESOLUTION NO. 31-96 The Confidential Employee Compensation Program sets forth those salaries, benefits, terms and conditions of employmem which shall be in effect for the period July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1997 and continuing thereafter unless modified by the City Council. 1. Wages:: Article II A. 1. is revised to read as follows: Effectivc with thc pay pcriod including Octobcr 1, 1993, thc salary :schedule for all M~nngcmcnt and Confidcntial cmployecs shall be increased by one and one half percent (1 1/2%). City agrees to provide a one-time silminl, bonus, not to be added to base salary, equivalent i to 2% of individual salary for July 1, 1995 throngh June 30, 1996. Individuals who leave the City service prior to the f'mal City Council approval of this agreement will receive a prorated amount.
