CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY/COUNTY
ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS OF SAN
MATEO COUNTY ACCEPTING FUNDING UNDER
AB434 (CITY'S PORTION OF MTSMA
ACTIVITIES - $51,748)
BE IT RE!.SOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The city Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of theiCity of South San Francisco an Agreement between the
City of South San Francisco and the City/Council Association of
Governments of San Mateo County accepting funding under AB434 in
the amount ofi $51,748 to cover the City's portion of the Multi-
City Transportation Systems (MTSMA) activities. A copy of the
Agreement is On file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I herebyicertify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at ia r~g,J]ar meeting held on the 27th day of
March ,,1996 by the following vote.
