CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 96-13
TO ~HE 1995-1996 PARKS & RECREATION OPERATING
BUDGET (DAVID AND LUCILLE PACKARD FOUNDATION GRANT)
WHEREAS, iS21,800 has been donated to the City by the David and
Lucille Pack~rd Foundation to fund the position of a part-time
Volunteer coordinator for one year; and
WHEREAS, ithe Volunteer Coordinator will work twenty five (25)
hours per week and will be responsible for providing City
departments With information and assistance in recruiting and
training volunteers, as well as various other duties; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the
City of South San Francisco hereby authorizes the transfer of
$21,800 from ~he General Fund to the Parks & Recreation budget (BA
96-13)to fund ~he position of a part-time Volunteer Coordinator for
one (1)
year.
