CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO, A GRANT DEED TO LOT NO. 199 WITHIN
THE TERRABAY SUBDIVISION AND ACCEPT THE
DEDICATION OF THE TERRABAY FIRE STATION
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Terrabay Development
Agreement, dated April 14, 1888, the project sponsor has
constructed the Terrabay Fire Station on South San Francisco Drive
near Hillside Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the fire station has been inspected and it has been
determined that it was constructed in accordance with the approved
plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the title has been cleared of all liens to the
satisfaction of the City and title insurance will be purchased in
the amount of $1,300,000 for the property.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to accept on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco a Grant Deed to Lot No.
199 within the Terrabay Subdivision and accept the dedication of
the Terrabay Fire Station.
2. The City Manager is authorized and directed to accept the
dedication of the Terrabay Fire Station.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
record this Deed with the County Recorder.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
