CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THEVISUAL VOTING AND
SOUND SYSTEMS FOR THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN
THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING AND
APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 96-14 TO THE
1995-1996 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, there is a need for electronic voting equipment and
improvements to the audio systems in the Council Chambers in the
Municipal Services Building; and
WHEREAS, estimated cost of the voting equipment is $5,000 and
will be an addition to the City's assets list, and
WHEREAS, an additional $750 is necessary to improve the
speaker system in the atrium and will be an addition to the assets
list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. It hereby authorizes the purchase of and improvements to
the visual voting and sound systems for the council Chambers atrium
in the Municipal Services Building.
2. It hereby amends the 1995-1996 Operating Budget (BA 96q4)
to transfer funds in the amount of $5,750.00 from the Undesignated
General Fund balance to the City Council budget for the purchase of
and improvements to the visual voting and sound systems for the
Municipal Services Building.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 10th day of
April , 1996, by the following vote:
