CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
STEiNY & COMPANY FOR THE LINDEN AVENUE AND BADEN
AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm .of Steiny & Company of Vallejo, CA., in an amount not
to exceed Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Six Thousand
Dollars ($81,686) to provide pedestrian signals, overhead mast arms
and will interconnect with the signal at Baden and South Airport
Boulevard.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of
April , 1996 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Eugene R. Mullin, John R. Penna, Robert Yee
and Mayor Jack Dra§o
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT
