CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
STEINY & COMPANY FOR THE WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD
BETWEEN JUNIPERO SERRA AND SKYLINE BOULEVARDS
AND AIRPORT BOULEVARD BETWEEN BADEN AND SISTER
CITIES BOULEVARD SIGNAL INTERCONNECT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the city of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of Steiny & Company of Vallejo, CA.,in an amount not
to exceed One Hundred Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Eight
Dollars and Fifty Cents ($105,438.50) interconnect the existing
traffic signals between Junipero Serra and Skyline Boulevards and
Airport Boulevard between Baden and Sister Cities Boulevard.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of
April , 1996 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Eugene R. Mullin, John R. Penna, Robert Yee
and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT
Councilmember Joseph A. Fernekes
