CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED MAP OF
CARTER PARK II CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AND
AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. Map Approval
The Amended Final Map, entitled
Condominium Subdivision", is hereby approved.
"Carter Park II
2. Acceptance of Dedications
The dedication of public use as shown on the Carter Park
II map amends the recorded 85-unit Carter Park II Condominium
Subdivision map to eliminate one unit and the upper floor from one
building and relocate a lot line to clear an existing balcony.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements,
Carter Park II Condominium Subdivision", by the City Manager on
behalf of the City is hereby authorized.
4. Recordation
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause
recordation of the Amended Final Map and Agreement in the official
records of the County.
5. CoDies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded
Amended Final Map shall be filed in the Office of the City
Engineer, and a copy of the Subdivision Improvements Agreement
shall be filed in the offices of (1) City Clerk. (2) Planning
Director and (3) City Engineer, and the Fire Prevention/Building
Division shall withhold building permits until the copies of the
recorded documents are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 24th day of
April , 1996 by the following vote.
