CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR
1995-1996 AND FISCAL YEAR 1996-1997
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 1995-96
and Fiscal Year 1996-1997, in the amount of ($49,871,878) forty-
nine million eight hundred seventy-one thousand eight hundred
seventy-eight dollars, entitled "Capital Improvement Program 1995-
97," which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby
approved and accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of
April , 1996 by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Eugene R. Mullin, John R. Penna, Robert Yee
and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT
Councilmember Joseph A. Fernekes
