CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP
PROGRAM AGREEMENTS WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $32,6?5 have been reserved by
the State for funding projects which have been included in the
adopted State program~ and
WHEREAS, the City applied with the State-Local Transportation
Partnership Program for funding of the Street Resurfacing Program,
Linden Avenue/Baden Avenue Slgnals, Airport Boulevard-Grand Avenue
to Hillside Boulevard Signal Interconnect and Westborough
Boulevard/Junipero Serra Boulevard to Skyline Boulevard Signal
Interconnect; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to construct the projects as proposed
and programmed by the State and the indicated reimbursements are
maximum amounts~
WHEREAS, funding for these projects is included in the Capital
Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager
to execute State-Local Transportation Partnership Program
Agreements with the State of California.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 8th day of
May , 1996 by the following vote.
