CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
NO. 96-15 TO THE 1995-1996 OPERATING BUDGET
TRANSFERRING $85,000 TO THE CITY MANAGER'S
BUDGET RELATING TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND GRIFFIN GRANT
WRITING & CONSULTANTS, INC. (GGW&C)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 56-96 an agreement between
the City of South San Francisco and Griffin Grant Writing &
Consulting, Inc. was executed to conduct grant writing and defined
services specified under the contract on file in the office of the
City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, funding for this fourteen month contract is in an
amount not to exceed $85,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. It hereby authorizes and approves an amendment the 1995-
1996 Operating Budget (95-15) to transfer $85,000 to the City
Manager's budget from the undesignated general fund balance for
grant writing services between Griffin Grant Writing & Consultants,
Inc. (GGW&C) and the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of
May , 1996 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Drago
