CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND SHAW PIPELINE, INC.
FOR INSTALLATION OF PIPE REPLACEMENTS
TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF STORM
DRAINS ON ORANGE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an award of contract
between the City of South San Francisco and Shaw Pipeline, Inc. in
an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Five
Hundred Seven Dollars ($377,507.00) for installation of pipe
replacement between Baden and Commercial Avenues, Commercial and
Tennis Drive and Tennis Drive to Colma Creek to increase the
capacity of storm drains on Orange Avenue. A copy of the Agreement
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of
May , 1995 by the following vote.
