CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE STREET AND PARKWAY LANDSCAPE AREAS
WHEREAS, the City solicited competitive bids for the
maintenance of specific Street and Parkway Landscape Areas; and
WHEREAS, the bids were received and opened on April 30, 1996;
and
WHERERAS, the Council waives minor irregularities in the bid
which do not affect the bid amount or work requirements; and
WHEREAS, Enviroscapes was the most responsive and responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Enviroscapes, in the amount of Sixty Five
Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty ($65,760.00) Dollars, and authorizes
the City Manager to sign the agreement with Enviroscapes which is
on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
2. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of
May , 1996 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
