CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND PRECISION ROOFING,
INC. FOR THE WEST ORANGE LIBRARY ROOF
REPLACEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an award of contract
between the City of South San Francisoo and Precision Roofing, Inc.
of South San Francisco in an amount not to exceed Thirty Eight
Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($38,596.00) for the
replacement of the roof at the West Orange Library. A copy of the
Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a ro§u]ar meeting held on the ]?th day of
