CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SANTINA &
THOMPSON, INC. FOR PLAN CHECK SERVICES FOR THE CHESTNUT ESTATES
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Standard Building Company is the developer and subdivider of
the Chestnut Estates Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, Standard Building Company has requested that the City retain a
private engineering consultant to perform an expedited plan check of their
final map and improvement plans; and
WHEREAS, after considering three proposals, the City Engineer and
Standard Building Company jointly selected the municipal engineering
consultant of Santina & Thompson, Inc. to provide the plan check services for
the Chestnut Estates Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of South San Francisco a plan check service contract between the
City of South San Francisco and Santina & Thompson, Inc.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 26th day of June , 1996 by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Eugene R. Mullin, John R. Penna, Robert Yee
and Mayor Pro Tem Joseph A. Fernekes

ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT:
Mayor Jack Draqo
