CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING JOINT USE OF FACILITIES
WHEREAS, on June 28, 1989, the city of South San Francisco
and the South San Francisco Unified School District entered into
a Joint Use Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Joint Use Agreement was for a period of five
(5) years commencing July 1, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the parties now desire that said Agreement will
terminate on June 30, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire that no other terms of said
agreement shall be modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco approves amendment number one to the
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and South San
Francisco Unified School District authorizing joint use of
facilities;
The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the llth day
of Jauua~ , 1995, by the following vote:
