CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHANGES IN THE
1994-1995 OPERATING BUDGET AND APPROVING
BUDGET AMENDMENT NO. 95-7 - BOCCE COURT
FACILITY - ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the city Council adopted Resolution No. 103-94 which
established the 1994-1995 operating budget; and
WHEREAS, in order to complete the installation of light
standards and fixtures at the Bocce Court facility two (2)
additional light standards and fixtures are necessary; and
WHEREAS, the total cost for materials for said light fixtures
is $1700; and
WHEREAS, funding for the light fixtures is available from the
Park Dedication Fees for Zone IV - East of E1 Camino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco as follows:
1. The Operating Budget is hereby amended to include the
expenditure of $1700.00 for the purpose of installing two (2)
additional light standards and fixtures on the Bocce Court at the
Orange Memorial Park.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of
February , 1995 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia and Mayor Robert Yee
