CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE AND EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR
THE AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROJECT
PHASE X
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement
in the amount not to exceed $529,000 between the city of South San
Francisco and Corlett, Skaer and DeVoto Architects, Inc. for
architectural design and construction support services in
connection with the Aircraft Noise Insulation Project - Phase X.
Funding for the project is provided for in the proposed budget
amendment 95-5.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a r~g,J]ar meeting held on the 8th day of
, 1995 by the following vote.
