CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
CIP 95-5 TO THE 1994-1995 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET - AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION, PHASE X
WHEREAS, the San
established a program
aircraft noise; and
Francisco International Airport has
to expand insulation of homes against
WHEREAS, in accordance with the memorandum of understanding
between San Francisco Airport and the City, the Airport will
provide $4,560,000 for noise insulation work in connection with 300
homes in Phase X; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to transfer $4,560,000 to the aviation grant fund and appropriate
these funds to the Aircraft Noise Insulation Project, Phase X.
