CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE STREET
RESURFACING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, City has applied for the State-Local Transportation
Partnership Program funding for the street resurfacing program and
the project has been included in the adopted State program; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $42,124 were reserved for the
project by the State; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive payment from the State an
agreement must be entered into between the City and the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that the City Council hereby authorizes the
City Manager to enter into an agreement with the State of
California in an amount not to exceed $42,124.00 for the street
resurfacing program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funding for this project is
included in the Capital Improvement Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
April , 1995 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia and Mayor Robert Yee
NOES: None
