CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
95-8 TO THE 1994-1995 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City is in need of updating the General Fund
operating plan with funds in the amount of $103,000, transfers in
from maintenance funds, a $4,500 increase in library department
appropriations and a $280,000 decrease in general fund
appropriations, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget
amendment to increase revenues by $103,000 and decrease
appropriations by $275,500 and hereby approves related transfers.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 26th day
of April , 1995 by the following vote:
