CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
CIP 95-6 TO THE 1994-1995 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET
WHEREAS, on September 28, 1994 the City Council approved
Resolution No. 128-94 authorizing an amendment to the agreement
with CH2M Hill; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 128-94 erronerously contained a
reduction of $200,000 in project appropriation for the Oyster Point
Interchange project previously adopted by the City Council by
Resolution No.104-94 on July 27, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to appropriate an additional $200,000 to correct Resolution No.
128-94.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 26th day
