CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
SUBMITTAL OF THE 1994-95 CONSOLIDATED
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
requires entitlement communities receiving Community Development
Block Grant funding to submit a year end programmatic report
entitled Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan;
WHEREAS, the City's due date forsubmittal to San Mateo County
is May 1, 1995;
WHEREAS, a notice of this Public Hearing was published in the
South San Francisco Enterprise Journal;
WHEREAS, the Consolidated Housing and Community Development
Plan has been available in the Office of Economic and Community
Development, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, for public review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that submittal of the 1994-95 Consolidated
Housing and Community Development Plan is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized
to execute all submittal documents related to the Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 26th day of
April , 1995, by the following called vote:
