CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR JOINT USE OF
FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco an Agreement between the City of South San
Francisco and the South San Francisco Unified School District for
the joint use of facilities. A copy of the Agreement is on file in
the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 10th day of
, 1995 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia and Mayor Robert Yee
