CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR A
SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE
TERRABAY SPECIFIC PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT EXTENSION
WHEREAS, responses to the City's Request For Proposals for a supplemental
environmental impact report for the Terrabay Specific Plan and Development Agreement
extension; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined that Wagstaff and Associates is best suited to
handle the project; and
WHEREAS, retaining Wagstaff and Associates will be the most cost effective way
to handle the project's supplemental environmental impact report; and
WHEREAS, Wagstaff and Associates have indicated a willingness to perform the
requested services for a sum of Ninety Five Thousand Dollars ($95,000).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco as follows:
1. The contract for a sum of Ninety Five Thousand Dollars ($95,000) is hereby
awarded to Wagstaff and Associates for the preparation of a supplemental environmental
impact report for the Terrabay Specific Plan and Development Agreement extension.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute the above-
referenced contract. A copy of such contract will be placed on file in the City Clerk's Office
once executed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a reQular meeting held on the 14th day
of June
