CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
REPAIR FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT AT FIRE STATION
NO. 4
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement in the
amount of $29,100.00 between the City of South San Francisco and
Pioneer Roofing Organization of San Francisco for roof replacement
at Fire Station No. 4, as set forth in the Agreement on file in the
Office of the City Clerk. Funding is provided for in the Capital
Improvement Program project for Fire Station No. 4.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a r~gular meeting held on the 28th day of
June , 1995 by the following vote.

Roberta Cerri Teglia and Mayor Robert Yee
